FLEXIcontent: the essential component for managing your Joomla Articles
Like any developer website with Joomla, you had been confronted with the limits fairly quickly this CMS platform. Failure to create two levels of trees, using formats of standard items, of managing just one version of articles ... in short, all these elements that can lead us to reflect on the fact of continuing with this platform or leave.
Before the arrival of components CCK (Content Construction Kit), you had installed a dozen of components and plugins so you can finish your goal, a solution but one that greatly complicates the use of back office to the end user.
After testing K2 and Flexicontent that are so far the two most successful CCK, we used Flexicontent , developed by Emmanuel Danan, which offers all the solutions to our problems.
Our choice was based on ease of implementation of the component, its functionality, its community, its integration into Joomla and inferface.
Flexicontent easily integrates into the native version of Joomla and it retrieves all the articles without any difficulties.
Here's a quick list of all the features offered by this component simply amazing and has now become indispensable!
- Ability to create different types of articles
- Each type of item can have a custom template
- Each type can be associated with custom fields to simplify the entry for the user
- Levels of categories and subcategories Unlimited!
- Compatible with all the plugins content
- Management versioning
- Management tags
- Integrated management comments
- Compatible with Joomfish
- Support in French (and yes, because this super component comes directly from our hexagon)
- and many more ... find the complete list on the site dedicated to Flexicontent
The version download is currently still a beta, but it is already successful and very stable.
You thought you limited Joomla? immediately discover Flexicontent and you change your mind.
