Google finally launched into the world of social networking!

The strong points to remember

  • Directly integrated in Gmail, Google's webmail
  • A mobile version of Google Buzz with geolocation ...
  • An algorithm for ranking and classification of content ... so a priori relevance optimized messages
  • Interaction with many services (Flickr, Picasa, Twitter etc ...) but for now Facebook ... Strange is not it? ;-)

It was time to counter Facebook!

Facebook undisputed leader of the social web with over 400 million users worldwide is already well established with a good head start and continuous innovation. But despite Google's delayed reaction can count on Gmail users (180 million) to start the machine.
